Examples of Law Enforcement Going Too Far

     We all like to think the the police are there to protect and serve. We believe they uphold the law and bring criminals to justice. Disturbing reports have shown police officers brutalizing animals to keep people "safe". Change.org has even published and article and petition for a dog named Parrot, who was thrown down a flight of stairs and then executed by a police officer.
